In high school, my friends and I made a pact. If the boys/men we met were not trustworthy and cheated, it would not be the girls they cheated who would be confronted. It would be the boys/men and they would be shown the door. While it may have hurt, we would have each other to help deal with the pain. We grew up knowing our worth. I'm still friends with those girls from high school and we still support each other through tough times, and we still know our worth. Mothers teach your daughters to value themselves and not settle for 2nd best.
