He did an inverted low altitude dive. Doing this in a light plane just relies on the strength of the pilot however, if you do this in an actual passenger aircraft or even a fighter jet, you run far more risk of death. These prop planes are so light they can take of in less than 100 meters. You cannot do this in a fully equipped aircraft
