I actually witnessed someone fall off the Brooklyn Bridge a painter almost made it into the water regardless if you would鈥檝e made it into the water, he still would鈥檝e died from that height what he hit the concrete walkway, which was a couple of feet away from the water. I鈥檒l never forget that I heard his screams while he was falling to his death
God bless this man with a speedy recovery and a huge thank you to these good people who took quick action to have him rescued so fast!

iren worker not using a safety harness with lanyard, there also suppose tonhave a net avaliable to catch persons plus a boat on station as av3rd safety. my father helped paint 70 bridge over Missouri River and it was required way back then

Thank goodness for witness as they saved his life. Next time they will wear the safety rope even though it is an inconvenience. At 32 Feet per Second squared or 9.8 Meters per Second squared; hitting that water at that speed is almost like hitting concrete at that speed! This time a life is barely spared due to taking a life saving shortcut & not wearing the safety harness with the tie off rope! 1 bad decision can change your life completely in this line of work!
It's wonderful when God has you in the right place at the right time in order to be a light in someone else's life. kudos family. I hope that young man is healing swiftly and correctly.
