Changing a light bulb in an overhead light with a glass globe is a 4 to 5 stepper for me! As soon as I get up on a 3 step ladder and lift my head Up, to loosen those little screws to get the globe off, my equilibrium is gone! I've learned! I have to put my head down in between each screw, regain my balance, etc..then take a break before removing the bad bulb(s), another break, then put in the new bulbs. It can be a tad frightening at my age. Now, I mostly just live without that light until my sister or brother-in-law come over! LOL It doesn't happen to them. Never knew it was a legit thing that had a name! Fake Post or not, it turned out to be an Informative, Educational Post for once! Thanks folks! Slipping on the ice and smashing your nose at 22 is one thing...Falling off a 3 Step ladder at 70 is a whole other scary ballgame!

Dysautonomia syndrome. I've have had it my whole life. Look it up. POTS & VVS are a couple of names of the disorder. It has something to do with the Vegus Nerve. It is the largest nerve in your body. It changes the whole way you live. It SUCKS!

Well, I think we're all satisfied with the fact that he stood up too soon and got a little dizzy. But, IMO, looking up in the air after you stand up too fast, it causes a vertigo reaction. I have vertigo so I know exactly what happens if I try to look up into the sky or up on my ceiling fan or anything I have to look up to see. Next thing you know, the room is spinning in different directions. It's not like regular dizziness where the room just spins a little bit and you get dizzy. Vertigo is when the room is spinning in every different direction and you get dizzy as hell and you don't even know which way is up at that point. That's why you fall to the ground. It is not fun and it can hit you at any time. 🤷🏻♀️

It happens when you raise your arms above your head it restricts blood flow to your heart and brain causing blackout seizers and more mainly with people with low blood pressure problems

looks like he was reaching for the chain that you pull to turn the lights on. I think he may have flipped the chain over the glass globe and reached to fix it. He either got a current from that or like previously stated, passed out from standing up too fast. I'm thinking the passing out was what happened. 👍
