how can a perso who is not a citizen be a police officer... how is that ... that should never be... in Florida they had a man from Guatemala who became a police officer and majority of his arrest ended up being law suits for wrongful arrest .. the mans English was so bad and he was even a trainer.. how is that .. he ended up arresting a man drawing on a sidewalk with chalk ( he was making art and it was pretty cool ) this cop arrested him for graffiti and vandalism and it was getting ready to rain so it would have washed away any ways... the cop arrested they got back to the station and his supervisor was not happy told him to take the guy back and drop him off where he picked him up 😂 he got fired that day.. how is this possible for a none citizen to be a cop how
