When people act like that, they know that’s not their property all wild out so if you think that they are wrong, why don’t she let them do what they wanna do and then go back to court until the court will happen now the young lady is around and she knows she is not her propertyWe need to keep her hands to herself because somebody might break them off for.

Hate when people get stupid if u have a city permit it's a done deal now yeah you can take them to court and get back that property and the fence would be torn down but can't destroy others property and if they destroy yours to do and found in the wrong you get compensation for that so no reason to fight and bitch bout it just sayin

This woman is completely out of her mind. All the evidence even with the knowledge of the officers bares out the legal facts of this situation and she is too damn dumb to see any of it. The fact that she is so worked up over it screams volumes of some level of uncontrollable mental illness. She is obviously out of emotional self control.

Let her put up a fence and sue for encroachment. Then the court will make her remove fence if is over the property line.

When a house is sold, The new residence cannot change property lines. Especially when a fence has been standing for 40 years. The problem is that the realtor lied. If the old resident can prove this land was marked off for over 25 years! They now own it and the new people lose it. Family photos to a court judge will solve this problem. I watched this go down at a cost of $15,000

what is the law? if that's been her property line for 40 years why do the neighbors think it's theirs. after 40 years and why does everyone say grandpa stole that property? let's see the plans from 40 years ago and if there are none she should be grandfathered in like squatting but that's a mean word unless you know it was deliberately stolen. To allow a fence on your property for 40 years they may have been happy with the fence and allowed it to be built. a verbal agreement or handshake is legal. Also where is the proof of the location of property line from 40 years ago?

a man from Seattle bought the house next door to mine as a investment and moved our fence over a foot to give him an extra foot of land and when I told him . he needed to fix it or else he sold the house. anyway the house has been sold four times and no one will put the fence back where it belongs. no i do not have the money to take them to court.

just because somebody put a fence there and it's not up to the property line does not mean it's your property that's what gives people to miss perception to think it's their yard when they have a nice neighbor that don't mind and then somebody else buys a house and does mine and I don't blame them I would want all my yard too

there are many people who have been inching and building on the property lines taking the property of their neighbors a few inches at a time and they have no plans to stop if you don't take a legal stand for them to be stopped and return to their own property description and survey markers they are more common than you might believe
