so they did not get fired for their freedom of speech. when working for a company you are representing that company and if you are praising and celebrating the murder of another human being. that is where that company has the right to terminate your employment. not sure if you have a job but anywhere I have ever worked in the employee handbook it clearly states that you are not allowed to show or say certain things online because you are representing the company or it could be ground for termination
