This is occurring everywhere, but sheriffs, chiefs, city-councils, and mayors do nothing until their officers are caught red handed by video or some important person ends up being the victim of these cop's abuse. I had a Sheriff treat me at accident where I was hit head on like I was to blame. And accident report and witness said the other car was at fault. And I have never caused a car accident in all the years I've driven.
