the incident i wrote about is not the only drowning case theres thousands even expert swimmers. even a Fire Chief here also drown trying to save a damn stranger. several dads drown few days ago trying to save children. I DONT SUPPOSE U YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NEVER READ THE CASES OF PEOPLE ON A FLOAT THEY DRIFT OUT TO SEA NEVER SEEN AGAIN. they say drowning is listed as one of the ten worst ways to die. because we realize we cant swim. its not like in the movies where ur able to yell for help & splashing up and down its a very silent death. that lady does she also have on 10lbs of plastic hair? theres also those crazy ass brides that want to marry under water they drown also due to they didn't bother to consider the weight of the gown .

My cousin was a lifeguard at the beach & the guy he was rescuing was panicking, as I'm sure all people drowning do, & he accidentally drowned my cousin before he drowned. I see that potential in this video if they'd be 10' further out. People have to be forced to wear life jackets, but I promise you that every person who drowned didn't think they'd need one either.
