This is totally pathetic!!!! This is why our judiciary system is the worst in the world. Just go ahead and allow grown men to ruin little kids lives, or dictate what could be an amazing future, but yet destroy their lives by adults playing mind games with them. Indianapolis, police/judiciary system, you are by far worse than the pedophiles themselves.
