panic in the moment. I remember the episode, but dont remember if the 2nd guy was sent up before or after the 1st guy's Balloon eventually deflated and dropped him.....from the upper atmosphere. If it was after the 2nd guy fell, he would have known what was in store for him and made him panic.

I find it hilarious that one the Movie or Show is never a part of the clip. And two, how many people continue to ask about it even after being told the title or exact show and episode.
