We already knew that the peso electric tiles are the reason why a lot of Tokyo’s lights are the way they are is because there’s so much traffic on that sidewalk so they implemented a system that is generative towards the powering of people so imagine when Tokyo was very very empty. this wasn't a movie decision. I go to meetings with the guy the movie was made about in Massachusetts. he did 17 yrs I prison. but anyway. that cop looking away at the car exchange really happened in real life during one of their getaways. it's not just a movie script. alot is dramatized for the screen obviously. but I've met the girl who switched too. they are actually a couple in rel life. he works at a recovery center now around the corner from my house In Malden. the bridge recovery center. he is a huge presence in the recovery scene now. you would never know the movie was about him if you didn't hear his story personally

Like come on! They have automatic weapons and the cop has a hand gun and two clips! He can’t go against them and survive! It’s common math! Hand gun two clips vs assault rifles! Four men unknown number of ammunition! The cop made the smartest move by looking the other way! Because if he didn’t and they opened fire! Innocent people would have been hit the cop would have most likely died so it was the best decision! For everyone!
