Hours later, a state worker demanded we erase another $200,000 balance for an undocumented patient who owed nothing. The hospital absorbed the loss, and taxpayers quietly footed the bill. Tell me, where is the justice in that? How can a nation claim compassion when it punishes its own citizens for following the rules? Mind you this was in 2007.

I am an older widow woman and I do not get my insurance paid. I pay (just for me) my insurance premiums. It is deducted from my SS check before I get my electronic transfer to my bank. I worked 46 years. I do not think us US citizens Should have to pay for our own including enough to cover these illegals. They sure like to harass our ICE agents wavering their country’s flags. If they are illegally in our country they need ousted and their health care needs dropped immediately!!!!!!! I have over $400 per month deducted from my SS check.

I worked 46 years and my SS check has my medical insurance deducted from it before the electronic transfer to my bank. My SS check has over $400 deducted from it each month. I among millions of Americans do not want to pay for illegals. I am a senior citizen that is widowed and whatever portion of my check helps pay for the illegals medical care I resent it. I resent that the illegals taking up assets that the US citizens could live a little better with like housing (our homeless), veterans, seniors, blind, handicapped, etc. So much could be utilized In so many ways to help the citizens!
