why does it take 3 cops to arrest 1 elderly man with a cane!? then, on top of that, they can't figure out how to transport him! this is what's so frustrating about cops! no way it takes 3 cops and a police dog to handle this situation. when they arrive see its not necessary they could all leave but the female! that's all that's needed for this minor offense and he's cooperative!
