Just like Aldi’s bread! That stuff does NOT go bad. Bread used to turn blue and get moldy. That does not happen anymore, I tried to make bread get mold and it never happened 🤨

there are more preservatives in the bread to keep it from molding ... it is unhealthy and disrupts your gut microbial immune system. But a McDonald's burger and put it on the counter and watch how long it takes to go bad. Clue: It won't mold or go bad it will harden like cement but not turn

Question. If you have you ever sweet bread (pan dulce) if you have. You would know that sweet bread tastes great fresh but after a day or two they go on sale. Bc it’s bread. Groceries can hold bread for up to 4 days on the shelf. Plus the time at home for consumption. & still tastes fresh…?
