You only spin it AFTER it goes in so it makes a knot on the inside and won’t blow out. I have never in my life seen someone use a drill to put a plug in.

I had a friend who owned a tiny tire/ mechanic shop. I had a screw in my tire. paid him 5 $ and a beer when I next seen him. Then I asked him how long it would last, he said " till it goes flat, duhh!" Bruce Lawson, lol 🥰

your not suposed to use a drill on them. rasp the hole jam the plug. cut off and torch and press. good for over 100mph

All road vehicle tire repairs should be made with patch plugs from the inside. Plugs should only be used on off-road or farm equipment tires.

Garages in my area say it's not legal for them to use that type of plug.

So that’s how they fix a leaking tire? I had no idea. You can do that with a bicycle too, right? Seems like I’ve seen similar things in a bicycle tire kit. Or am I way off on that? Anyone know? I sure think Ive seen things like this. I looked at them wondering what that stuff had to do with a hole in your bicycle tire. 🤔🤔 Very interesting. I learned something. Hope I get an answer about the bicycle tire.. thx 🚲🚲🛞

Didn't use any glue? Shorts story: Flat tire on my car, found my plug kit in the hatch, glue was solid inside of the tube, used just the plug, after three weeks of driving in the periodic rain, a wobble develops on my way back from Dodge city, KS. back to Witchita, entire cap/tread delaminates from the rest of the tire, beats the crap out of the side of my car before flying off, pull over and a closer inspection revealed that the tire (what was left) was still inflated with the plug in place, but the now revealed steel belting was rusted in a 4 inch diameter area around the plug. Always use glue.

dont recommend unless needed they are for temporary use only, after done go directly to a shop and get a patch and plug that will.last you until you get new tires

How much of that damn plug did you get in that tire, bro? I just watched you cut 3/4 of the damn thing off and fall to the ground. T/f? 😳

the internal patches are the best and I've never seen one put in by a drill that would make me feel very uncomfortable for a leak or for it to possibly rip out

i work in a auto shop and this was very cringe. bet they charged 50$ for that shit .. we only use inner combo patches here , grind a clean with surface with adhesive.... yikes
