IT IS NOT A FAST LANE!!!! It is a lane available for vehicles to safely pass on the left when traffic in the right lane cannot maintain reasonable speeds within the speed limit! Just because the dude on the right is doing 68 in a 70, the speed limit does not mean the lane on the left is meant to be a FAST lane, they are both subject to the same speed limit. If a vehicle is at 70 on the left while another is at 68 on the right, they are both within a legal limit. Do not ride their ass to push them to break the law just because you are willing to do so and risk lives. Driving is a privilege and evey life is a priviege is too.
