New York State: Attorney General Letitia James and her Assistant Attorney General, Dorothy M. Keogh, along with their office, are attempting to cover up civil rights violations that occurred within the City of Yonkers court system. They are covering up for the Yonkers court system, which tampered with and deleted court surveillance footage that would have proven these civil rights violations. However, where they made a mistake is that the civilians’ cases were dismissed (Decline to Prosecute – Unknown Reason, Sealed 160.50). The Attorney General’s office is now trying to avoid paying the citizens for the lawsuit that was filed for $1.5 million.
