Her name was Haley Grace Phillips. Social media thought she was a girl who was missing & that she was being trafficked. After the feds made contact w her, she posted a video saying that she had been robbed & that she was fine. Sadly, she was found dead from an OD in a hotel room. She had had a record of prostitution & the feds blew her safety. I'll never believe she wasn't killed & I absolutely believe they gave her those black eyes.
