I'm embarrassed to tell this, but. hey, it's the internet...we tell everything on here. π€£ I'm a paraplegic, so I drive with hand controls. One morning, I came out to go to work, started my car, and it immediately revved up to the red rpm's. I shut it off, started it again...same thing. Tried it a couple more times. Same thing. All I could think was that the throttle was stuck for some reason. I even thought maybe the cruise control was engaged for some reason, so I tapped the hand brake a few times. Didn't help. So, I called off work (that part was nice) and waited for my mechanically inclined friend to show up after he got off work. Turns out, my floor mat had gotten crumpled over time and had the accelerator pushed down. π Since I use the hand controls, I never even looked at the floor pedals. Maybe in addition to the spinal cord injury, I took a blow to the head as well??? π€¦ββοΈ π

People are stupid I work for a sign company for many many years before retiring I've gone on service calls were bank lane signs aren't working... come to find out... They were turned off The funny part is you you hit the switch turn the sign on and it works and they feel like an idiot
nothing new.....we had someone say we broke the headlights because they were not coming on ..I just reached in and turned the light switch on......
