Today I cycled 16.35 miles for an hour with resistance starting at 60% and increased to 66% for the last 10 minutes. My friend and I are currently competing in the Run Ranger Run challenge and I pledged to get 100 miles in 30 days so l'm pumping hard i While I did not record my cycle, this little video was taken while doing my cool down.
