It depends on what state you’re in. But if the state allows, you to have an open carry, then cops cannot just grab through your window. Anything they want. It’s a violation of their fourth amendment. And second amendment.

Well he actually had it in the right spot. On the seat ( if there is concealed carry laws.) crazy that if he had it tucked and got pulled over and told then he’d still get a citation. But if it’s sitting in visible view, they’ll just run his identity make sure he can have it, and give it back. Unless it was fully auto. 🤷🏽‍♂️
