If this were about violent offenders, ICE would be waiting at jails on release…every time. They already have booking data, charges, and release dates. That system has existed for decades. They’re in neighborhoods, schools, churches, and workplaces because this isn’t about criminals…it’s about people who were made deportable overnight. People who were compliant, checking in, working, paying taxes, raising kids. You don’t flood cities and target schools to catch murderers. You do it to widen the net. That’s not enforcement. We don't know that he's illegal. ICE uses racial profiling to decide who they are going to detain. It's a guess at best. They drive down the streets and see someone and if he/she looks the part or SOUNDS the part they will grab them. They don't care what the person says they are going to be detained and spend at least a day in detention. It's done that way because it traumatizes people and that instills fear in people , including Americans ,and they are easier to control. The person that they threw down won't get medical care. Police officers don't do, as a rule but these people don't care.
