The driver is being a jerk he needs to do what the police officer ask him and quit being a Butthead, she told him why she pulled him over. She told him not to get out of the car and all he’s doing is arguing with her that is not what you do with the police officer.
I got pulled over for the same thing on Christmas Eve about 7 years ago, dude told me to step out the car and come to the back and look at the plate he gave me a written warning to get it fixed and also just in case if someone else pulled me over for the same thing they wouldn’t give me any hassle. This woman here wants him to sign a citation without proof. When he asked for a supervisor then he’s saving her as well. Especially if she doesn’t feel like she’s safe because there’s no other reason she’s not letting him out the car.
