What I really dislike is how we’re monetized on keeping our cars road safe, keeping them inspected, renewed, & paying for the wear and tear of things like this that should’ve be fixed by tax dollars. One big twisted place and the money is not poured back into our comfort that’s for sure.

I hit a pot hole like this in New Mexico on I40 just outside of Gallup. Cut the side wall of the front left tire. I put a claim in with the Department of Transportation and they not only paid for a new tire, they covered the tow and the unexpected hotel night I had to stay over to wait for the tire shop to open the next day. I was blown away and very appreciative.
