Why it looks so creepy is because it looks like her head is deformed and it just looks really weird. She should definitely show her friend or sister or whoever that is.
She looks like she has a tumor on the back of her head. She still needed to get her hair done. The parts look crispy. She probably just wears the headband because she is kinda embarrassed at the growth on the back of her head. The person filming is not her friend though because I'm sure the girl with the growth is self conscious about it which is why she wears the headband.
