Moses only see the back of God when Moses talk with God . The rest of the prophets likewise only can see the brilliance radiating light shining from the face of God but can’t see the face of God . When Abraham received the three angels into his tent God spoke through the angel with hood covered their face . God is holiness , no mortal being can see his face.That’s why he sent Jesus the Christ to the world in order to represent God

They wouldn't of been Able to Handle Looking Directly at "God" because it would probably "kill them" his Glory is so Powerful, that's why he was in the "Burning Bush" covered Moses face (from behind) and walked past and on front of Moses when he removed his hand "you Can't"
