if the sheriff or the Chief of police did their job in the first place and punish crooked corrupt police officers we probably never would have any protests. If they arrest officers when they break the law and quit giving them immunity and covering up evidence especially when they are clearly caught on their own body cameras or other people recording they wouldn't be any protest. As far as peaceful protest does that also applies to people of color.
