now as a second by law you have to present a legal warrant to go into somebody's house and when your asked to present a warrant and you should have had it in your hand when you walked up to that door.

Additionally, Bail bondsmen generally cannot freely search your property or break into a home without consent, even when searching for a skipped-bail defendant. While they have authority under the bail contract to apprehend a fugitive, they usually require the homeowner's permission or a valid court-issued warrant to enter third-party residences.
