Ok, let’s settle this debate once and for all: is it Crawdad or Crayfish?
I think many Asian countries are smart about not using pesticides. 🤔👍
It is synergistic. The crayfish fertilizer the rice plants and keep the rice crop pests down. When the rice is harvested so are the crayfish. A 2 for one you might say. The farmer benefits from both financially. Great for the environment as no pesticides or herbicides are used doing this .
To make gumbo
That 1 bag will turn into 500 bags of the tastiest mudbugs. mmmmm dam. Makes me hungry!
I can find a million things better to eat on earth than a bottom crap eating crayfish or lobster. There all disgusting. Ya wanna know whats good is a t bone steak with mash potatoes and gravy. Or some lemon chicken. Mmmmm so many better foods to eat than crawfish lol
All of you all are wrong 🤣 they're called crawfish/ mud bugs... ok thanks 😆
What in the those aren’t lobsters but crawfish. So good boiled with lots of Cajun seasoning, corn, potatoes , and sausage is going on here?
Boil those suckers up with some Zatarans Seasonig, potatoes, corn on the cob and spread out the newspaper and cold beer. Whoooo Weeee, dats what we call a meal.
Harvest the rice, flood the fields for duck season, harvest the mud bugs, plant the rice, seed the mud bugs. Eat like a king year round.
How about Mud Bugs 🤔
B/c it’s Crawfish not lobsters !!!!
it's a fn crawdad
Rice is grown in five or six states in America I know these states maybe some other I don’t know Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Texas.
These arent Lobster and crayfish taste like mud.. but im assuming its to eat bugs and fertilize. If you use Fishman water its always good for your plants when you change your tank.. same idea.
yeah baby
crawdaddys but why eat something that looks like a tiny lobster when you cab just eat a lobster
they're scavengers so they get rid of dead organic matter, they fertilize the dirt/water and also they aerate the substrate...maybe. alot of crabs burrow into the substrate and this aerates the soil and helps aquatic plants grow.
Fresh water lobster lol? You mean a crawfish or crawdad I believe.
I like meat with my rice too
nothing better than rice & crawdad.😋
how can you haven't crawdads with a combine
to help cut the grass
DEF ain't lobsters
grawdads
crawfish
to eat
That's Crawfish & he dumped them in a rice field. It's where they live & thrive & multiply. Don't ask me how I know, clearly I'm a Crawfish & reporting live from a rice patty party in Plaquemines Parish.
Those aren't Lobsters, they're Crawfish. They taste great in a crawfish boil with all of the fixings, yum yum.
Crawfish, fields are used to grow rice, after rice is harvested then used to harvest crawfish.
Arkansas is a huge producer of rice only thing is mosquitoes will ware your ass out in those rice fields in Arkansas.
Helps catch the pests I’m assuming
mmmmmMud Bugs. yummy.
in NC...it's a crawfish
You mean crayfish? Lol
it cleans the field
Called crawdads...
Second harvest
looks like crawfish
Those are not lobsters they are crawfish, I should know I live on the coast and we have crawfish festivals here in the South we eat them.
And they are good cooked together! Crawdaddies! Mud bugs! Ettoufee, gumbo, crawfish pie, yes! Now I'm hungry.💯👍Eatin' tail & suckin' head. lmbo. 🦞
Louisiana rice farmers do this for three reasons, They put crawfish in the rice patties. Yes, partly for pest control. Weevils is the biggest issue with rice in Louisiana. #1 rice water weevils , Crawfish, disturb the weevils environment and prevents weevils from getting started , 2nd herbicide, Crawfish feed on weed seeds and it keeps weeds and other unwanted vegetation from growing in the rice patties. #3 Crawfish, in Louisiana is the largest aquaculture commodity with over 180,000 acres devoted to crawfish farming. So basically, the crawfish in the rice serves 3 purposes.Pest control weed control and they harvest the crawfish for food also.
🤣🤣 That's far from a freshwater LOBSTER. Bless your heart, baby. It's CRAWFISH and where I was born and raised in central Louisiana, we eat the tails and suck the heads on them thangs all day long...WHO DAT and CRAWFISH go hand and hand, Baby.
They’re crawfish. Not freshwater lobsters.
They can't be all crawdads, how would they re-populate?😆🤔
in Louisiana it's crayfish.
We have rice growing in California near Sacramento and the area has this crawfish like those ones
