I worked in a courthouse for many years. Every Friday, which was sentencing day, the place was full of children. The Superior Court judges finally banned children from the court rooms. It's an old "have pity on me" trick.

I know a girl who would bring her baby and children with her to her PO appointments just so she didn't have to pee in a cup. She was always dirty. She knew how to fix the system like that and other things she did so she didn't have to pee in a cup.

And my personal opinion if they have an ankle monitor bracelet, they should do a be in jail or B be set free because they’ve been ankle monitor bracelet and he said there’s no threat to society. They just have to monitor them and if our jails are too full then maybe we need to take a look at a different problem.
If he has no one to baby sit for him then it is far better to show up with the baby than not showing up at all. Then they issue a warrant for him.

This is one of the most humble and decent human beings I have ever seen in a judge's chair.. If he's getting upset and being sharp about this matter, there are good reasons for it.

Evidently,the man before the judge had been trying the probationary terms and thr judge had bern knowing it and ignoring it. But now, after giving the man opportunity to get himself together and stick by the terms, he's just letting him know that his time is about up! That he's got one more chance to get things right, or else! That's what he was supposed to do!
This is the best judge I ever seen most judges have so much hatred for those of color you can see they view other races as animals and if you look up convictions and rates and the percentage it is shocking the disparity
I don't know this judge's name but I've seen him in other videos. he is the most fair reasonable and caring judge that I've ever seen if he's ticked off at you it's for a good reason The last video I saw of him a man was arrested and I forget how the police officer tried to swing it but it ended up being for jaywalking and the judge was appalled and threw it out He's a very good judge

I dont see him being rude. I seem him using tough love father talk. Although I do feel for the baby, some parents simply dont have people behind them help. I just see a judge trying to get into this man's head saying get your shit together so you can be there for your baby.
