I remember at age 5 going to the White House during the Kennedy era was the Rose Garden and it was around the time of the Cherry Blossom festival and the gorgeous scents between Jackie Kennedy’s flowers and cherry blossoms filling the Spring air impressed me as I was a child who loved Springtime so when this was torn up by Trump to replace with concrete, I was appalled, heartbroken….just devastated…I am almost 70 and I fondly remember that lovely day so long ago…. Bring back the good ol’ days!!!
