At first I thought she was just being unruly but then she started making some great observations that eventually won me over. Something's not right here. He IS sweaty and dirty and his uniform isn't right and he's missing his walkie-talkie and he hasn't called for any back up and is continuing to search a female completely alone, while refusing to tell her what he even pulled her over for. That's too many red flags for one interaction.
