It looks like he’s winterizing his boat with non toxic pink antifreeze that is not a fuel tank vent it’s a water vent for the plumbing system

For one that's not where the fuel tank vents.That is a winterization purge hole.The pink liquid you see is r v antifreeze and it looks like he's getting it ready for the summer by purging the antifreeze out of the lines or he's just now winterizing it and he's got a little bit coming out of the overflow for the purge.
