Bill Maher, this is so disappointing to compare what is going on in Nigeria to what is going on in Gaza. This is so beneath you. First, because of poor statistics, no one has the numbers of casualties. Second, Boko Haram is an Islamic extremist insurgence using guerrilla tactics to expand their vision of Islam not a state or a constituted government aided by the most powerful nation on earth. I should add that I am a Christian of Nigerian descent.

I stopped watching Bill about one year ago. He used to be a hit-and-miss comedian, today he is all miss. BILL has always shown a lack of intellectual curiosity. He does not research what he does not know or understand. He believes his ideas are fact and will not listen to or try to understand any other side. He claims to be a libertarian, but never said he was a smart one. It is a fact that Western media in general, American media in particular always ignore "genocide", Mass killing that could be classified as "genocide light" in Africa or part of the Middle East. The reason we are paying attention to Palestine and Israel is because of oil in the region and Israel has always kept the region in check (Israel will never allow any Muslim country to become powerful enough to become a danger to them). That self-preservation (however misguided) is what makes them such a great asset/ally.
So, so awful! Where is the outrage?
