Highly probable this is fake. But if real the HOA miscreant is committing several felony crimes with video evidence proving his actions. And if I was the homeowner, but just didn't want to be bothered I'd wait, armed just to make a citizens arrest. If he lunged at me with the chain saw I would probably use the gun I retrieved.
