Ma'am, if that is your first baby take all the naps you can, one because you are tired from that baby factory working over time. 2 because for the rest of your life if your 85 and your baby is 60 you didn't ever go to sleep at night with that child, grown or not, that person will be on your mind somewhere. Either in your prayers, pride in how they're doing or worried about trouble that came knocking at their door. Get all the rest you can Mommy cause I promise it is the greatest gift on this earth to be a Mother and a Mother doesn't turn off all the worrying, over joyed or any other feeling for their child just because they are 18. It's a commitment for life. There's nothing better than being able to stop by your Mom's and share their news good or bad. There's always a way to work it out.
