She probably just enjoys like this one to talk to same people and you get to know them. As a single mom I worked in a grocery store (didn't pay much but it was ok at the time) but i looked forward to seeing them and them me. And she may just like the security of the same place. I hated looking for another job.

I’m surprised McDonald’s didn’t put her through the executive training program and offer her a franchise or three. (Just kidding!). That never happens. But Companies pay celebrities $10 M to $20 Million dollars to appear in their commercials. Why not pay say 200 random employees $100 grand instead? I guarantee it’d get them more attention and more respect, and ultimately more customers.
