Had that shit happened to me one time. Went to pick up my SUV and there was a dent. Driver tried to say the damage was there previously. I called the police and made a report right at the tow yard. As soon as the police left they wanted to talk with sense.The manager ended up firing the driver and i took my vehicle to a collision place and they paid for the repairs.
Had it happen to my 93 caprice bubble rear wheel drive obviously they pulled it from the front with it in neutral and it should have been towed with the rear end up and front down with seatbelt around steering wheel I get it dropped off because my drivers license was bad and when it got dropped off my rear axle was shot and they damaged my rims and the beauty rings on there

I'm all for getting your money when someone does you wrong. it's funny though, how everybody comes in yelling at the cashier and telling them how you are going to sue, as if it will affect their pay or their job... she is probably the least paid and most worked employee.
these tow companies will break your vehicle and it has happened to plenty of people. If they can get in the vehicle, they will go through your vehichle to steal stuff. I know a chic who went through this. She had cameras in her car that were linked to her phone. She watched them break things in the vehichoe including a window! She won her lawsuit.
