There are many different ways that students learn , so teachers need too learn all the different types of teaching as well as the different ways of learning, some need hands on learning, some can learn by sight, some can learn by hearing, some watching-hearing-seeing all the above & even more for other students. I taught high school as a young woman, and this young man is absolutely right. A good teacher must be part actress, part comedian, part sergeant, part therapist, part orator, part parent..A good teacher must be creative, because regardless of the planning you've done, you will need to change course. If you're empty one day, let your students lead the way. Talk about something going on in the world, and let them debate, or write a persuasive essay, or let them teach as. a review...It's not a job for lazy people..not if you're serious. I have been in corporate leadership roles, owned my own business, and I tell everyone teaching was the most challenging/exhausting yet rewarding work I had the pleasure of doing (if done well).

I strongly advise you young people to learn a trade. You know like an electrician or a plumber or welder you get the drift. This is where you can learn to earn good money and there is always that kind of work available. You'll be much better off and you can secure your future with technical training. Trade schools are where the jobs and money are. I think you'll have a much easier time finding work and getting paid well. Good luck.
I always thought highly of this dude because he's so right i went from elementary to junior high.not being able to spell as good as my schoolmates never got an A in school bearly held a C average and yet I went on to junior high school where my C's went to F's years later I found out I have Retention Defect Disorder ( RDD ) NOT GOOD . l try to make light of my disability telling my friends I have ( CRS ) Can't Remember Shit Disorder....if you find out that after reading a page in a book you forget what it was about don't be ashamed tell someone your mom dad or even you're school calculator. I can read 12 letter words but I can't spell even if my life depended on it IDK how that works but that's how it is for me
