I have been raising my 7 almost 8 year old son for 5 years… he doesn’t want to even be with her by himself. She is a drug addict, overdosed 3 times in 2 times in one week, all within 2 months. She has been robbed, beaten, jumped, committed credi card fraud on a daily basis and takes GHB until she is comatose! I can never trust her with my kid.
It’s sad kids are the ones who suffer 🫣🙁
Even if the mom is an active addict? or living witha pedophile? There are such circumstances.

ok look love is so so hard but if you can push through the hard times with your babies parent DO IT. This SUCKS. So sometimes we have to realize that love is a choice and choosing to love the parent of your child is IMPORTANT. Now I understand leaving for abusive reasons, or the other person leaving. However in that case do what you gotta do to play nice, get a lawyer, get the custody down, and TRY to at least be friends. Toxic parents create toxic environments and the kids suffer. BE THE ADULT PUT THEM FIRST.

Sad indeed but the court doesn't base a judgment on feelings. If she has visitation than he must follow the order. For the sake of the child he should keep his feelings and thoughts to himself. Children feed on our emotions. I am not saying he is wrong by having feelings. She needs him to be strong when she can't be. Hope it all works out for the child's best interest💕🙏

Please dont assume the mother is mistreating her. My child cried because of the transition itself. It wasn't because the other parent was treating him badly. That young, they want both parents and don't understand why they are going back and forth. They are worried they wont see you again.
