She could have called the police and had them in a warm bed with social services for the night. We must try to help our youth! They’re going through a lot. This would’ve kept everyone safe

I fill so sad for these boys. As much as you want to help you just can't I would of had them go around back to our Gazebo, given them blankets and pillows and let them go to sleep. We have to look out for our young kids. 🥰💕

I think these are the kids that were sleeping on their parents porch for some reason but the police got involved after this. The parents got in trouble if I remember this correctly

What's the rest of the story, why did they chose her house?

With all the crimes happening these days, I wouldn't feel safe opening the door to any stranger. We're living in fear now, because of the situations we've experienced. People ask for help, and then they end up robbing or even killing the homeowners.👍

When my kids were teens they were always bringing friends home in this same situation the parents would just tell them not to come back there were rules everybody had to follow going to school was one of them.Eventually they could, one boy mom begged him to come home he did, they had a disagreement with step-dad she told him I don't want to see you he left and instead of coming to talk to me he went and committed suicide

this is not normal. people don't come to your home at night and ask for a place to sleep 🤷🏿...I too would've liked to offer them a porch stay and blankets, but you just don't know! sad world😔

It’s so easy for some of you good people to say these negative things when it’s a black child involved, but when the kids are white it’s a different response. Deny it if you want, but it’s a fact: this is the way it is. Right is right regardless of the race, and wrong is wrong.

I wonder why they were kicked out? I would've asked that and then decided how to help em.🌸 Sad to see children on the street with nowhere to go.

why did they get kicked out? 🤔

why were they kicked out. i would have called police on parents and asked them to get these boys to a shelter and in meantime tell them to wait down on sidewalk because i called for help for them. then if i felt safe i would have slid a bag onto the porch with blankets and throw pillows for them to use while they wait.

Of all the houses around or that they passed, why'd they choose this elderly lady? She probably wanted to help them out but in these days and times, it's hard to trust anyone. I think she should have called the police and they could have gotten the help they needed. Prayers for them all 🙏🙏🙏🙏
