You should be thankful they’re building housing in the ghettos at ALL. These look durable and fire resistant and safer. You can’t go back to the Victorian era for buildings anymore. It’s a shame but there’s cheaper ways to do things today. And there’s no real craftsmen around to hand make molding and do woodworking anymore. 🤷🏻♀️

Very few builders will build a house that you want because that’s an older style brownstone and most people don’t wanna pay the price for a brownstone. The other brick style is much more fishing in cost effective.
