So special for that boy. My niece had Downs and she would have been over the moon to meet a player, as she loved sports. She met Billie Ray. Cyrus after a concert because he was her favorite musician, she ran up and wrapped herself around his legs and stared at him with the biggest smile, and he let her hold onto him as long as she wanted to. Bless this basketball player for noticing him💕💕
