😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 thats why 1 of a few things need to happen. 1 make sure the person uses NEW NEEDLES BEFORE STARTING and 2. TAKE BETTER CARE OF IT. I got lots of tattoos from someone who DIDN'T have a license and I knew it so I just took better care of it

That my Dear is a Two-way street ! Not only are good hygiene practices expected to be the responsibility of a Tattoo parlor, but the Clients responsibility Post Tat ! While in the Military, I got a Tat as well as another Marine ! Same shop, same Artist ! my Buddy's shoulder became infected, my Tat did not ! My point, if I have one, is how would you stand a chance in Hell proving which one is responsible ? Dirty going on, or poor hygiene after ? 🤔 Just Say'n !
license has nothing to do with it.. You can be a sterile tattoo artist with a license do a tattoo and if people live in filth and don't practice proper hygiene and don't take care of it properly 💥 MRSA and all kinds of other infections can happen
