I did that once. real effects were I almost drowned. or did. don't know but when I reached for the top. after knocking out all the air. was knocked out unconscious until I woke up in a jet ski after I do t know how long and was throwing up water. as the current was fast and there weren't too many people other than my cousin and friend who jumped in later. that's the real case scenario. wouldn't do it.
