that sucks friend I now have a built in barometer now with screws holding front tendon and back tendon, humeral head shattered... keep on with the exercises you don't want scar tissue so don't over do it, and boy those insurance companies and Drs... maybe you could get a great pair of pantyhose ... for support of course... lol😉 sorry again
I’m 64 years old I’m currently roofing my house with 5500 square foot of roof by my self. Where the fuck have all the real men gone? I run 20 year olds into the ground. I lost a lobe of a lung. I still have 4 left. I had rotator cuff surgery and still had one good arm. I was involved in a car accident and had 7 surgeries on my neck So what pity party are you inviting everyone to?
dayum.. yeah i would say you definitely been through some hell now.. I hate it for ya.. dayum makes me hurt.. sorry all that happened to ya.. brother its not so much as a pity party.. as it is.. I miss my truck and the road.. its what I've done thr last 11 yrs.. and just letting my friends I've made that I'll be down for a bit.. but dayum I really hate all that happened to ya.. and you're right.. it could be so much worse
