girl... a few kids I used to babysit did that shit. jus get a clean new spray bottle. put some cold water in it. and mist their face. it shocks them into Taking a breath and they calm down.
My son used to do that also pretty much she’d swallow his tongue turn, purple pass out tongue, muscles decompress, and he will start breathing again. Believe it or not. Doctor said it’s not unusual. I got three kids too plus my one year-old nephew.
My grandson used to do that. It would scare me like crazy. But, he outgrew it. He’s fine now. 🥰
