Not enough information to judge the teacher. Teachers don't "put hands" on kids just for not paying attention. They generally don't risk it for something like that. They know they could too easily end up catching charges. Hell, most teachers these days are hesitant to put hands on a kid who puts hands on them first. So, I have to wonder what the kid was doing. Not to mention, it doesn't specify how exactly the teacher put hands on the kid. Did she grab them by the arm? Did she turn them in their seat?... Maybe she hit the kid, but that is so unlikely. Regardless of what transpired in the class, this mother is failing her child, not protecting them. She is for surely going away for a while. How does she think that will impact her child?... Maybe the child will be better off without her. She isn't exactly a great influence. Judging by the mom's actions alone, her kid is probably out of control, too. Stupid is what stupid does. This is just stupid raising stupid...

My Mom Always Told me When I'm in School My Teacher Represents HER.... If I Disrespected my Teacher it Would be the SAME as if I Disrespected my Mom! and I'd get an Ass Whooping at School....and Another When I Got Home!
