50lb bag of sugar would have prevented this from happening 100%. if someone cancels or rejects the load, and your far from plant and can't dump/washout SUGAR prevents it from curing

concrete only has about an hour before hardening or so im told. so they send trucks with the cement mixture as close to job site as possible. its super stressfull when they arrive because its hustle time to get it all out and poured where its needed.

any experienced mixer driver has a meter but you go by sound, you can have a few hours to get the mix off. but my guess is that the truck broke down and by the time they got to it, it was to late. also since they cut open the mixer barrel makes no sense to jackhammer out the mix while on the frame. crane it off replace barrel and then hammer out old one

you know in a real cement company. they wash the barrels regularly they don't leave them sick full of mud. and when they're doing this they might Jack admiral hole into the center of it then they hang a half a stick of dynamite in there and they Dynamite the tanks. they don't get inside with no jackhammer Dynamite
